The Toolbox provides a comprehensive set of tools to plan and execute facility removal efforts. A primary goal of the toolbox is to provide end-users with knowledge and resources to implement the most effective and practical facility removal techniques based on demonstrated best practices. A secondary goal is to educate end-users about current issues related to facility removal efforts that will protect natural resources and the environment.
